Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from SilkSculpt. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused and unworn,

  • in the same condition that you received it,

  • in its original packaging,

  • and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to رفض any return request if the product shows signs of use, damage, missing components, or any condition that goes beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at kontakt@silksculptde.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

If your return is approved, we will send you further instructions, including the return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For all voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged and returned safely. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.

Inspection of Returns

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to determine whether it meets the return conditions. Refunds are only issued after this inspection has been completed.

If the item has been used, is incomplete, or is returned in a condition that reduces its resale value, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund where permitted by applicable law.

Refunds

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection and approval.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If the issue is confirmed, we will evaluate the situation and take the appropriate steps to resolve it, which may include replacement, repair, or refund depending on the case.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be returned, including:

  • sale items,

  • gift cards,

  • and any product that has been opened or used beyond reasonable inspection.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product first. Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

This right applies under the conditions required by law and does not affect our right to inspect returned items or refuse returns that do not meet the legal conditions.
